Operating voltage can be chosen as 12V/24V/110V/240V without temperature control, both DC and AC are acceptable. Zhuohui PTC Aluminum Heaters are made by combining PTC ceramic heating elements with aluminum tubes through stamping. They consist of an aluminum plate, PTC heating element, insulation sleeve, electrode terminals, and high-temperature power cables. Options include products with cables and insulation layers or with aluminum materials. The surface temperature of the aluminum shell can be designed between 70-300°C. The PTC heating element internally controls temperature automatically, preventing overheating during prolonged operation.
